Players will be able to experience many facets of life at Hogwarts, with comprehensive character customization and the ability to choose a specific Hogwarts house.
The upcoming title will see players deeply engrossed in the life of being a student at Hogwarts, which will lead to a “dangerous journey to uncover a hidden truth of the wizarding world.” Players will be able to master a variety of spells, upgrade combat and traversal abilities, brew potions, and tame magical beasts as just a fraction of the experience.

House Gryffindor will be familiar to even the most casual of Harry Potter fans, with it being the house that pop culture icons Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger join. Within the lore of Harry Potter, students at Hogwarts are “sorted” into a specific house in their first year by the Sorting Hat, a sentient magical hat capable of identifying a person’s characteristics. Sporting the colors of red and gold, students who are sorted into Gryffindor are known to possess the characteristics of courage, bravery, nerve, and chivalry.
Due to its popularity within the books and movies, Gryffindor will likely be the most selected house in the game, and as a result should tell the most obvious version of the story. The Gryffindor plot should play out as the most classic good versus evil narrative, with the player having to display great bravery and make heroic sacrifices in the name of a just cause as a part of the battle against the villains of Hogwarts Legacy.
